Crazy Horse and Buffalo Springfield Yurts are located close to each other within the yurt field at Walcot Hall. This is positioned just up from the Dipping Shed and Arboretum entrance with stunning views over the lakes and rolling Shropshire Hills. This beautiful structure is elevated on a grassy hill side next to a magnificent Oak tree outside there is a decking area with seating area and gas BBQ. There is also a campfire, table tennis and badminton set which is shared by both yurts.

Inside the Yurt there is a wood burning stove, brass double bed, seating area and a 1 ring gas stove cooker to make a cuppa. Crazy Horse Yurt is furnished in a simple yet stylish way, incorporating striped linens, traditional sheep skin, and a fantastic horse fur. The shared cooking area provides you with everything you should need from crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, gas, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar. We supply you with linen in your yurt but we ask you to bring your own towels.

We have converted an old hen house into a WC with flushing toilet and sink with running cold water.  In addition to this there is a new double shower block on site. On your arrival your provided with an initial supply of drinking water in a billy can and there is a tap where you can top this up outside the hen house.
