Situated to the rear of the Walcot estate, this holiday cottage is within the old stable block. It has high ceilings, grand windows, an open plan layout and under-floor heating, which makes it a very pleasant accommodation to visit whatever the season.
The large kitchen/dining room has marble flooring and features a Yew dining table, which will seat up to 10 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are patio windows that open out onto a decked area with excellent views of the garden beyond. Plassey has one double and one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower with screen. The spacious living room has a wood-burning stove, oak dresser, TV and DVD player and three-seater settee that converts to a double bed, should extra guests need accommodating. The living room and both bedrooms have electric night storage heaters.
